The Spinnaker complex consists of two, 10-story ocean front buildings containing 196 units per building. Built 30-years ago, it was in need of major exterior repairs which USProCoatings & Building Restoration provided. These included concrete repairs, epoxy injection of cracks, block repairs, pointing, baffle installation, pool deck repair and coating, installation of special louvers and concrete planters.

Over the course of five months from late 2002 into 2003, we had upwards of fifteen men working at one time to insure that all repairs and restoration work would be done before the next heavy tourist season. The project was completed on-time and within budget.
