Paoli Hospital is a multi-building complex over 30 years old that provides full-service health care and medical services to Montgomery County. A number of the buildings as well as the parking structure were in need of major repairs, restoration and waterproofing. USProCoatings provided a wide range of services for the project. These included the repair and cleaning of natural stone and brick facades on seven of the buildings.

One unusual situation was “alligator” cracking that had occurred on the coping stones. We used a special stone hardener to re-establish the integrity of the stone. We also provided caulking, painting, brick repair and replacement, lentil paining as well as control expansion joint repair on the seven buildings. The parking garage required full depth concrete repairs, caulking and a large amount of concrete surface repair. The top garage deck was then finished with a polyurethane traffic grade coating. In August 2003, the project was completed and finished within the deadline and budget.
